Growing up in a multi-national family, she has experienced flavors from around the globe, with Croatian, Greek, and Guyanese dishes being among her favorites. With her engineering expertise, Lisa Marie applies her diligence, optimization, and analytical acumen to ensure productivity while incorporating a customer-focused approach. As a seasoned restaurant-goer, Lisa Marie brings a deep understanding and empathy for the restaurant industry and its dedicated workers.
